　　您好！我来自中国西安，是西北政法大学的老师，我代表中国人权研究会发言。

　　教育决定着人类的今天，也决定着人类的未来。中国政府一直奉行“百年大计，教育为本”的立场，始终把教育摆在优先发展的战略位置，不断扩大投入。2020年全国教育经费总投入53014亿元,比上年增长5.65%。残疾儿童少年受教育机会不断提高，2020年底适龄残疾儿童少年义务教育入学率达到95%。2021年，中国修改了《民办教育促进法》，保障教育的公共性和公益性。政府采取推进教育均衡化发展、中小学生减负行动、修改《未成年人保护法》等措施，切实保障少年儿童的权益。在中国，人工智能广泛应用于教育领域，频频出台的政策不断推动人工智能教育高速发展。

　　中国政府努力发展全民教育、终身教育，建设学习型社会，努力让每个孩子享有更好更公平的教育，让他们获得发展自身、奉献社会、造福人类的能力。

Dear President:

Hello! I am from Xi'an, China, is a teacher at Northwestern University of Political Science and Law, and I speak on behalf of the Chinese Rights Research Association.

Education determines the present day of mankind, but also determines the future of mankind. The Chinese government has always adhered to the position of "100-year plan, education-oriented" and has always placed education in the strategic position of giving priority to development and continuously expanded its investment. In 2020, the country's total investment in education will be 530.14 billion yuan, an increase of 5.65 percent over the previous year. Access to education for children and adolescents with disabilities is increasing, with the enrolment rate of compulsory education for children with disabilities reaching 95 per cent by the end of 2020. In 2021, China amended the Law Of Promoting Civilian-Run Education to ensure the public and public welfare of education. The government has taken measures such as promoting balanced development of education, reducing the burden of primary and secondary school students, and amending the Law on the Protection of Minors to effectively safeguard the rights and interests of children and adolescents. In China, artificial intelligence is widely used in the field of education, and frequent policies are constantly introducing policies to promote the rapid development of artificial intelligence education.

The Chinese government has made great efforts to develop education for all, lifelong education, build a learning society, and strive to enable every child to enjoy a better and fairer education so that they can gain the ability to develop themselves, contribute to society and benefit mankind.
